After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (British CPA) and then becoming overwhelmed working as a turnaround consultant shedding light on struggling companies’ finances, I shed a light on my own life. I qualified as a Master NLP Practitioner, studied the Enneagram with Riso-Hudson and was ordained as an Interfaith Minister, serving people of all faiths and none, and have also been a Ridhwan student for the last 11 years, meditating daily and inquiring into the present moment.
As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) I struggle with loud/sudden noises, am hyper-alert to my surroundings and am hyper-sensitive to pain (I even had to give up acupunture sessions as they were just too painful). I was uncomfortable having too much stuff and used to feel overwhelmed with just living. Feeling drawn to letting go of my old life and embracing my future, I set about clearing out what no longer served me.
Having created a calm and organised life, I now live across two countries, working online helping HSPs like you and me streamline their own struggling and overwhelming life so they can find the freedom they’re looking for.
I’ve worked with both individuals and with organisations, helping them to shed light on what’s important and what’s not, so they can move forward with freedom.
Always loving a summary, I’m into:
Loss and letting go
Spirituality and spreadsheets
Fun and fundamentals
Om and organisation
Meditation and money
Listening and lists
Time to live and time management
Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual clutter-clearing
If you are looking to let go of what you no longer need so you can feel calmer and more organised so you can find the freedom to live your life according to your values, then let go of your doubts and contact me.
I have lived in tiny homes in two countries, the UK and the Dominican Republic, for the past eight years. I have let go of so much in my life, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and used many ways to get where I am today, now loving my life. If you want to live what you love, letting go of what you don’t, then let’s find out how I can help you.
Why pink and purple?
Pink is the colour of the heart, the colour of love.
Purple is the colour of intuition and of our highest self.
Also, when letting go of most of my clothes, they are now the only two colours that I wear. It’s easier for shopping (clothes and accessories), laundry, mending. Living with just two colours makes life decisions a whole lot simpler.
And why the P in my name? Well, if you want to let go, it’s always good to have a P!
“The secret of life is letting go of knowing what to let go of and how to let it go.”
